Generate Preventive Maintenance Schedules

Depending on your automation settings, Preventive Maintenance Schedules can be automatically generated. However, if Automation is set to notify the appropriate users when the maintenance is due, only a notification will be displayed on the Home page.

The Preventive Maintenance Info section of the Home page provides summary information about preventive maintenance schedules due to be generated, and includes a Generate Work Orders link. If there are any preventive maintenance schedules currently due, the link will be red and will indicate the number of requests that are due.
